why do people want their culture to be the the most highly regarded?

i see people posting questions about self love, which is okay. but they also come across saying there country is better, there woman are better, etc..

what do you think makes us humans compete with eachother to be the "best" kind of human?
when a t the end of they day we are all nothing but tiny specs, floating on a rock in the middle of an expading universe?

what do you think makes us pride ourselves in our differences instead of our similarities?

i dont know if we are in the middle of the universerve, its just a figure of speech, you know :DDDDD
 
The master race , is the race that dominates all things both intellectual & athletic, when put an an even playing field with all other groups. Since the world has never been equal , atleast on an economic level, there is really no way of knowing if there is a "Master Race"

We consider East Africans to be the fastest long-distance runners, but the Kenyan climate is ideal for long-distance runners

We consider Asians the smartest, but that's only because they have a MASSIVE population, and of that population the only ones other countries see are the smart ones

etc. There are no absolutes, the sooner people get that, the faster this whole race theory dies out
