Why do people see cultures as races?

I am writing this to express my concerns over the overwhelming amount of people who believe behavior is racially inherited rather than cultural/environmental exposure.

Firstly I would like to illustrate how wrong these views really are. For example here in England or to be more precise London we are seeing black youths make an overwhelming proportion of the violent crime offenders such as gun & knife enabled crime. I believe society expects too little of black people to the point black youths are brought up with a pessimistic view of life. This makes them see little in education and more into what stereotypes we should fall under and how it even gets them success which in reality is rare. Therefore many young blacks turn to sports and crime as the only options out. Yes i think it is ridiculous and yes society has come a long way we have no one to blame no more but the blaming mentality is being inherited as many as still simply paranoid. This in change continues the cycle of low education broken homes and career criminals and it all has to do in part with the psychological impacts of us thinking we are black.

What I mean is that many grow up thinking they are separate beings who most perform a certain way in a society which expects such behavior of us which is greatly enforced by paranoid role models who express we must work twice as hard in a racist world to make it fair. Do you really think children need that pressure Id rather not work at all and just fall for my stereotypes.

But I dont know how we can end this
As for me it took a while to figure this out and im on my way to a career and I think society in general no matter the racial background is to blame and not the 'white man'

By the way you people who like to expose the harsh reality of problems in the black community for racist reasons and claim its cause they are black just add to the problem.
