Why do many (not all) black people find the gangster culture so appealing?

i don't understand this. gangs murder many innocent people and sell drugs causing a great detriment to society. Why is it that most black people praise others for this destructive behavior? Why don't most black people look up to education and helping the community? (Of course there are many black people who do its just a fact that it is just not most of them.)
well i know there are many white kids that want to think they are a gangster but hardly any of them actually do join a gang and whereas many black people do join
 
:im black and i notice this type of behavior but i dont understand why do they think its cool to where their pants really low.i have atcually tried this and i swear it does not feel comfortable.all they think about is money and they like to "check" or make fun of what another wears and does.schools should EXPELL the students who do this for this behavior
