Why do "LGBT" have a section on Answers but all others go into "Other -

Cultures & Groups"? Just wondering?!
Yeah, LGBT, Senior Citizens, and People with Disabilities have their own section. I'm specifically talking about "Home > Society & Culture > Cultures & Groups" subsets. Those three sections and then everyone else gets lumped into Other.

Um......senior citizens has a whole section to themselves. Religion has a whole section to themselves (which I find hilarious). It's just a section, straight people can go into all the other sections, we get one. Whoopee.

I don't go to "Families and Relattionships / Singles and Dating" because it is, without being labelled as such, presumed to be for heterosesual people. I respect that boundary and simply avoid imposing myself there.

This section exists so as to give LGBT a seperate forum in which to discuss issues from our perspective without imposing those issues on heterosexual people, in discussing them.

Unfortunately, the obvious isn't as obvious to some as to others, as it appears that it isn't enough for some straights to have the presumed majority and therefore control of the vast majority of other sections.....they demand that this section be for thier amusement, as well. We are consistently bashed and harrassed in this section by people who will *not* be respectful of a boundary set so as to allow all users of the service peaceful forums in which to discuss issues that are important to them.

I hope I helped you to comprehend this rather simple issue.

Because that's how f*cking awesome they are. They had to have an entire section for themselves.

Well...I think you don't know what you are asking!!
Your question sounds like as if there's a separate category for LGBT!!
That's not true...LGBT is a section of Cultures and Groups category..'all others' don't go into 'Other'..People with Disabilities have a separate section too!
There are over 20 Categories and almost 35 sections..Sections are sub-units of categories..Science has got Chemistry,Biology,Zoology,Physics and many more!

Hope you got my point..and this helps!!
