UNFORTUNATELY in these time & age because of globalization, everybody does want to live or settle abroad, not only Indians but other nationalities as well. You got Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Iranians, Iraqis etc. the list is endless. So why target Indians in particular. Everybody brag about their culture for that matter, no matter who we are. We are all proud where we came from. But it doesn't mean we cannot live outside of our country is it? The world today has became too small compared 25 or 75 years ago because of the modern technology.
In the first place, I am not an Indian. Your question- is it good for the countries who are accepting these Indian's as permanent residents? WHY NOT, if they are useful citizen of their adopted country why not. If they are criminals or stowaways from their country and only residing in the adopted country because of illegal business then I think they have NO PLACE or RIGHTS to stay as permanent residents in their adopted country. If they are BAD kick them, but if they are GOOD let them stay. Live & let live as the famous phrase said. I suppose it is good for the Indian's as well because if not they wouldn't stay in these countries isn't it?
