Why do educated women sleep with boss for promotions or favoritism?

Let's work off the assumption that the women are young, educated, and attractive.

If you are going to prostitute yourself, why do it at work? If you still have to show up and work an 8+ hour day, wouldn't it make more sense to make a career of it and actually make more money? If you are an attractive women and you work a couple of weeks a year, wouldn't you work far less and make way more in a career switch.. I'm just wondering..
 
They are emotionally involved with the Organization.
They want to get ahead and learn as much as possible about the business. Instead of wasting their free time with a bunch of losers, they get to know their Boss and discuss business with him during Pillow Talk.
