This doesn't have to do with a woman's right to choose, does it? Do you only support a woman's right to choose under x and y conditions? Are you in some way validating the personhood of the unborn fetus? If the unborn fetus is worthy of personhood, isn't it worthy of human rights? If it is worthy of human rights, is it worthy of the rights that you and I have? If it has those rights, the fetus cannot be terminated without it being called murder.
