We disagree with your notion of "culture". Just because you like Opera is no reason for anyone else to like it. A nice evening out with your friends and an In 'n Out drive thru is the max in American coolness. Getting overdressed and sitting in a hall full of stuffy snooty snobs listening to someone screaming on stage for too much money is more like torture to me/us.
