...conform themselves to this world? People say since we are not living in the first century , those verses below don't apply ?

what do you say ?

1corinthians 14:34-35 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law.

35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.?

More to the point, don't call the Almighty by heathen names. (Ex 23:13). The scripture's you quote refer to women talking in church, and disrupting the service. (either by talking among themselves, or by hollering across the aisle to their husbands) It does NOT refer to women preachers.
