Why Cant I Send Ringtones In A Message On My Samsung Delve..?

I try to, but like the only folder that appears is my sounds, and all my ringtones are in my ringtones folder. Is there anyway to move my ringtones to the my sounds folder..?
 
Can you go to your ringtones and send from there? If not, you can redownload/resend yourself the ringtones and save them as sounds.
