I highly doubt they are predicting that. The experts don't really know that much anyway, and there is no way Chicago finishes behind Minnesota. Minnesota sucks, their defense isn't as good as it was, their QB might be Ponder, or maybe Jackson, or Webb, either way, their QB isn't very good, and the receivers really don't matter because they have no QB to get it to them, the only thing they have is a good line, and a great running back, so Minnesota is finishing last. Chicago at least has a good defense, they have a solid running game, they have a decent QB (he likes to turn the ball over, but he isn't bad). The Bears will be either second or third, probably second, Detroit is too young to be second just yet. They have a lot of young talent, but I'd expect 1 or 2 more mediocre years for them until they have like a 10 win season in a couple years, but Chicago will most likely be second but miss the WC by a game (or possibly beat NY out for it, I predict a battle between those two for the last WC spot, the first one will be the Saints or Atlanta, whoever doesn't win the division), followed by Detroit, then Minnesota last. Packers should win.
Packers- 13-3
Bears- 10-6
Lions 7-9
Vikings 3-13
