Who will win CN or XD

Aside from Zach & Cody, I find the majority of the DXD to be watchable, but it goes without saying that a channel accessible to the majority will beat out the channel that only a percentage gets.

Case in point, Wolverine And The X-Men had more viewers tuning in during that airing on Nickelodeon than the premiere on Nicktoons.

Now I'd like to think that Disney take that into consideration when CN doe beat XD, but as history shows us, networks only look at the quality or content of their channel when determining success/failure.
 
That's what I thought too but according to the rtings Disney XD may have beat CN for the first day of broadacst we shall see on monday.
 
As was mentioned with Wolverine and the X-men, the premere on Nicktoons got the channels greatest ratings ever by over 200% but when Nick aired the first two episodes on the main channel (without the advertisement Nicktoons gave it) It got like four times the ratings.
 
Given that Disney Closed-Eyed Grin was only just launched yesterday, and that it's still only a digital tier upgrade channel which people have to pay an additional fee on top of their standard cable/satellite fee in order to receive it, coupled with the fact that Closed-Eyed Grin is presently just recycled Jetix lightly sprinkled with a few new shows, most of which are only starting out (Jimmy Two-Shoes, Kid VS Kat, Aaron Stone), are just burning through their remaining episodes (Yin Yang Yo!) or are just re-aired canceled show reruns (Static Shock) its' not placing a dent into CN is a no-brainer.

XD may become a contender someday, after it grows a little and finds its' legs, but it'll still have a long way to go before it reaches CN's place in the running, let alone surpasses it.
 
To put this thread to a definite close, Cartoon Network won (obviously). Here are the ratings for the week DXD started, so it includes Toon Dinsey's final ratings too:

Cartoon Network Primetime: 1,646,000 viewers
Toon Disney/Disney XD Primetime: 363,000 viewers

Cartoon Network Total Day: 1,085,000 viewers
Toon Disney/Disney XD Total Day: 263,000 viewers
 
Wow, thats a bit of a butt kicking, but Disney XD is new and needs time to grow, plus I think CN is a part of a standard cable package while XD is a part of a digital package or something to that effect.
