Who was the 70's kicker with 1/2 a foot cut off?

in the 70's there was a kicker in the nfl who had half his foot cut off. i don't remember his name, but he played with 1/2 of his kicking foot cut off. do you know his name and what team he played for?
 
Tom Dempesy he also only had half of an arm and set the record of a 63 yard field goal. Jason Elam tied it a few years back. He played for the siants
 
Tom Dempsey. He played on several different teams. The New Orleans Saints, The Philadelphia Eagles, The Los Angles Rams,The Houston Oilers and The Buffalo Bills. He has the record with a 63 yard field on Nov 8 1970, his team the Saints beat Detroit19-17. That has been tied in the last 6 or 7 years. He also only had half a right arm ending before the elbow. Interestingly he used to miss alot of short range field goals. He played from 1969-1979.
