Who is more racist: Rand Paul or AlextheDroog?

Right. So you don't think the government should do more to support property or business rights?

Seriously, do you really want to start quoting Carlos Mencia on the topic of race? If so, I have some choice quotes from him. Most of which will get me banned for racism.

Oh, and I'm glad you made the heat argument. You have heard of this wonderful new invention called "fire", have you not? Nobody is forcing you to use electricity.

WITH SPEECH. You can sure say "I don't like you, shorty," and then hand over the sandwich. Go for it. Then the dynamics of supply/demand can ride roughshod over them.

I could legitimately stop reading right here, because you're completely full of shit. But I'll go on.

No you're not. I don't like racism. But people have the right to be racist.

Based on anything. Based on "I don't like how loosely you tied your tie" if they feel like it.

Your right to pursue happiness does not include a right to coerce me to do business with you against my will.

Why do you think you have "liberty" to force me to sell something to you? YOU are the one trying to infringe on liberty.

Then too bad. Nobody has the right to force anybody else to sell them something.

Just kill yourself.

I think the government should support property and business rights by doing LESS. By not interfering, not by passing more laws.

No, people would not stop using electricity. But government granted monopolist electrical companies would cease to exist.

Competing electrical companies would want to make more money, not less. Killing off your customers isn't really a selling point.

I guess you're in the "The fed can do anything in the universe as long as the constitution doesn't forbid it explicitly, and even then, sometimes" camp?

So you understand then that you are connected to everyone else, and the ramifications that has without someone making each county, state, city, whatever, play nice on at least some basic level?

Look at your last sentence here. You slam a monopoly, but ask how someone would be forced to buy from one. I think the answer you are looking for is right in front of you.

Our mom used to take accross town to a black church in Watts when I was a kid, so we got over that quick, and appreciated the drumming. A church with a full on drum kit and loud LOUD singing is less boring imo.

Less is more.

Yes, I think they should do 'more' protecting property rights by repealing 100% of their legislation.

Yes, it is right. The constitution even says so.

And even if it didn't, wouldn't it be stupid to say "congress has this power, this power, this power, this power, and EVERY POWER"? Why bother enumerating powers, if it actually can do anything it wants?

You have a right to life and liberty on your property. You don't have a right to life and liberty on someone else's property.

Is not selling a function of business? Better yet...what ramifications might come from it? How might it affect citizens in five states or more if suddenly being short was grounds for being denied food? I think those constitutional powers dictate the same amount of proactive action.

A wall along the border would be proactive, because it prevents the crossing, rather than reacting to it (abstractly I understand the wall is a reaction itself just stick with me). How is it any different if the government prevents the fucking of interstate commerce by allowing individuals to reject millions of people based on their skin color, gender, hearing/vision status, whatever?
