I love the new conservatard meme, "If you talk about racism... YOU R RACIST!"

it's the best part of being a libertarian, the free market will do whatever you say it will and you never have to prove your assertions!

No, it's more along the lines of people that can see racism in every nook and cranny of an idea or discussion, are typically racists themselves.

For instance, you would look at this...

...and say it hates black people.

Catch the gist?

The pachyderm in the room here is the term 'monopoly', and we both know there are different routes to making it applicable.

Yeah, you're right. Most people would just stop using electricity to make a point. That kind of sacrifice is totally what I see today's society doing.

I have the absolute right (with exceptions for court orders and certain exigent circumstances) to decide who is and is not allowed on my private property. Do we agree on this much?

from the people who elected them

i guess they should've asked permission from the founding father though

Oh. So you have a right to force other people to spend their time taking care of you. You have a weird world view.

so should the black person be barred from going to that all white church and vice versa?

You're really stretching and making a horrible argument.

The federal government has some constitutional powers and responsibilities. In other areas it has no constitutional authority whatsoever.

Protecting the borders is one of the responsibilities. Handling interstate matters (like oil spills that threaten 5 states) is another.

Guarding your car and telling businesses how to function are areas where it has no business.

I don't understand how you can support that discrimination but not just support discrimination. You do not have a right to buy whatever you want, from whomever you want. The seller has the right to refuse service.

I see nothing in the constitution that gives congress the power to regulate whom business serve.

So if the constitution doesn't give congress that power, then congress doesn't have that fucking power.
