I am a white 22 year old girl. I have a couple black female friends that I go to clubs with on the weekends occasionally. The past couple weekends, we went to Stoudemire's, a club in downtown Phoenix. I was one of 5 white people there, but it doesn't bother me because I have no problem with different races. I don't want to come off ass accusatory, I'm just merely asking. The past two weekends at this club, I was touched very innapropriately on many occasions, told that I don't belong here, men would comment about my breasts and butt to my face, and was the subject of rudeness by many of the females. When I go to clubs in Scottsdale, and it happens to be mostly white people, if a group of black individuals come in they aren't treated the way I was treated at Stoudemire's. Why is it when the tables are turned, it's so different. By no means am I judging an entire race by the acts of a few individuals, I'm just questioning a common trait I've found over the past few weekends.
By the way, I have a white boyfriend since that seems to be such an issue
I apologize for calling it "black culture" I would like to ammend my question by calling it "hip hop culture"
