which sub sounds better Orion hcca 12s or 15s?

i am looking at Orion Hccas i am either going to get 12.4 or 15.4, 2 of them...i am going to be powering them with a 2600 watt amp but its kinda over powered so more like 2300 per sub, its a hifonics bxi 2601d i know every one says hifonics is crap but ive watched videos and read reviews so i am set on hifonics am but should i get 15s or 12s i listen to every kind of music if that helps

neither, they are annoying to other people, what makes you think we want to listen to your noise,not only that however can you hear emergency vehicles [ie] ambulance,fire engine with such a noise going on .You may think i`m a sad bastard but you must agree i have a point.
