I am majoring in Economics through the Liberal Arts path because it leaves me enough open credits to take my pre-physical therapy courses. I refuse to major in science because it involves too many courses that do not apply to physical therapy. (I work with PT's on the daily). I am wondering what schools pride themselves in taking qualified students from the BA path rather than science majors. I since before declaring a major have had only PT in mind as an end career so I need to know where I should apply. I live in Florida. However, all the PT's I am in contact with are from overseas and I am unable to get honest advice from american PT's on where I should apply and if a liberal arts degree in econ is a death sentence for my goals.
