il commence a deux heures l'apres-midi.

Do I add the 'de' or not? Also, is there supposed to be an accent grave on 'a' after 'commence'? Thanks so much!

(I mean to say "it starts at two o'clock in the afternoon" <- I'm referring to a course/class.
