Which is the better amp for this sub?

Im purchasing a Kicker cvr, I'm curious as to which amp is better for this subwoofer. The two amps im looking at are the pioneer GM-D7400M and the Option Audio OAX801 the specs on them are as follows:

Pioneer GM-D7400M
400w rms at 2 ohm
800w max at 2 ohm

Option Audio OAX801
1 ohm stable
820w rms at 1 ohm
500w rms at 2 ohm
300w rms at 4 ohm

The sub has a 400w rms and 800w max power rating.
