thats a hard one. They are both really good. With those two I think it comes down to personal preferences. They are both really loud but I think that the lower end Memphis subs might be a little better than the lower end Kickers. ( also, the square kickers look better ) If you want the best speaker then you can look up the volume displacement of the subs you are looking at and go from there ( volume displacement is to speakers what horsepower is to engines). Good luck choosing, either way I think you will be happy with those brands.
