Which is better by the dollar? Dual 15" Lanzar HRWDC's or Dual 15" Kicker L7's?

I was trying to research consumer reports these in general, but I couldn't find anything super valuable... can you help me compare the two and figure which is better by the dollar? I'd like something better for my buck.
