Which in-car speakers should I buy?

I have a 1995 nissan maxima without the bose system. I recently got a sony xplod head unit in (52 rms and 100db sensitivity). I can defietaly hear a difference in the speakers now with this new head unit, but my factory speakers sound pretty bad on the bass, so I need to know what speakers I should be looking at that are under 100 for both my doors and rear deck. ive looked at the infinity reference 6022si but i dont know. im new to all this stuff so i need all the help i can get.
 
Not much i can do with the pricerange sony is CRAP for car audio... and for $100 thats about the only thing that you can afford
