i own a 05 ford explorer with all stock audio equipment. i am deciding whether or not to get 2 15s and an amp for that, or 2 12s and also get door speakers with an appropriate amp. what else would i need to get if i got either of those thigns (ie alternator--which i really dont know about). the 15s would be capable of 2000 RMS at 2 ohm and the 12's 1000 RMS at 2 ohms
also, what kind of wiring would be best for each? if you have any ideas for system stuff, any help would be appreciated. also, i plan on it being alpine products, so keep that in mind if at all possible.
