Where is the Orion Nebula?

In the constellation Orion which can be seen from every hemisphere, every season.

Orion is a Greek soldier (or Roman).

The nebula is situated on the south of his belt.
 
The Orion Nebula (M42) is the middle "star" in the sword of Orion. The sword is the line of stars that extends south from the line of three bright stars that make up Orion's Belt. Orion is lost in the glare of the sun this time of year. It will be visible in the predawn hours in late summer, and is high in the southern sky on winter evenings.
