I'm new to the area, and I'm learning to drive. Does anyone know where would be best place to practice driving skills.( empty parking lots, street with low traffic) Anything close to Schaumburg, IL would be great. I really want to learn to drive so bad, but I'm having trouble finding quiet place to practice. Please help me! Thanks so much in advance!
