if you eat properly and exercise it will help you lose weight all around! the bicycling will help increase your metabolism so it will help you lose weight in other areas but it won't work as well in those areas like it will in your legs. you can also do other exercises to target other places such as sit ups for the tummy area and push ups for the arms or whatever exercise suits you best. the combination of eating properly and getting in some type of exercise will surely help you lose weight all around
