I was looking at this kicker audio system for my truck. (2006 Ford F250 Crew Cab)

Where exactly does it install? Under the back seat, behind the back seat, or do I have to remove the back seat? It looks like a great system I just don't want to have to remove my back seat to have it. Also, can it hook up to the stock navigation radio?
Any suggestions for a good system that doesn't require me removing my back seat or getting a new radio would be greatly appreciated.
