So i've always had a dream of becoming a professional or private chef. however, in this economy i don't feel that it is a wise decision, and have decided to major in English. I would still like to minor in culinary arts, but i cannot find a university that offers this. i have used many college search websites and have found nothing. if you have heard of any colleges/universities that could help me, i would be truly grateful!
