Where can i find good quality merchandise for a fashion boutique?

I am looking for similar clothing you would find in h&m, wet seal, forever 21. New to the business but I have the drive to start a nice elegant classy sexy hip and young fashion boutique. Looking for merchandise such as dresses, skirts, pants, denim, jackets, hair accessories, jewelry, shoes, intimate clothing, and tops. Looking for wholesale prices with grouped prices is best but all information is good information. Help please..

I'd get accessories here - www.jatalo.com. And isn't it cheaper to just get the clothes manufactured for yourself? Design them or work with a designer?
