Im trying to buy a bike but im also a new rider so i want to buy a not so expensive bike. Im 19 so financing is hard. Also i need a small one because im a small slim girl.

the KAWASAKI ER-6 ER-6F is a 650CC twin it is the bigger sibling of the Ninja 250 But is a much more suitable bike for you in that
1 it can be limited to 33 BHP without any loss in performance and is therefore equal to the 250 ( and can quickly be returned to full 70BHP when required)
2 it has a unique design to the side mounted single rear shock which allows it to be shortened by up to 30mm so lowering the seat height by more than 45mm.
3 The seat can be effectively cut lowered ( KAWASAKI offer a service) to lower the seat by up to a further 35mm
4 the front forks can be pushed up through the Yokes by upto 35mm to furtrher lower the bike without detracting from its braking or geometric performance or handling characteristics.
5 It uses a lot of technology ( patented from BUELL) in MASS CENTRALISATION which lowers the centre of gravity of the bike making it lighter and easier to handle and manipulate
Thus this bike is more suitable for the slighter frame and the vertically challenged
I know of three women here in the UK who have ridden this bike in this format, One has now progressed to a triumph SPRINT ST ( without alteration to the bike) the second is progressing to a CBR600RR again without alteration the third is sticking to the ER-6 as she is happy and doesn't want a bigger more powerful bike though is looking at a VFR800.
All three are inmy terms PETIT under 5'5" ( two are below 5'2") and all three have less than 29" inner seams.

You aren't going to find a bike that goes a lot cheaper than a 250 Ninja. New ones can be found out there for under $4,000 and older used ones show up as cheap at $700 in my local Craigslist. Your best bet is to go on ebay and check the closed auction prices on small bikes. That will tell you what falls in your price range.

There are lots of good choices, but if you don't think you can afford the Ninja you want, I think you will be really happy when you start to do your research.
