Large camera shops like Ritz Cameras sell telescopes. Have them call around to find out which store carries it. Even if they don't, they may order one from the manufacturer just to make some money off a retail sale.
That's a pretty nice telescope that you're looking at. My first telescope as a kid was a cheap refractor from Kmart.
