...construction ELDECO ELEGANCE apartments.? Pre launch was five years ago, proper launching four years earlier, still the project is incomplete to a large extent and work being done at slow pace.I wonder when they would be able to finish the project so that allottees get possession and start living there. Many allottees have already paid initial full payment.They were promised completion in 36 months and possession thereafter.On enquiry the builder ELDECO keep on extending the date by few months.
