UVA will accept for admission? If someone submits an amazing art portfolio and is applying as an art major to the University of Virginia, what do you think is the lowest gpa/sat/act score they will accept for admission? (for an out-of-state applicant)

(this is along with having pretty good extracurriculars - 4 years of 2 varsity sports, 2 leadership positions, multiple clubs, multiple art awards, 2 academic awards, more than enough community service, a paid fashion internship, great recommendations and 3 or 4 APs)
I've heard that, like many other schools, UVA admits students with lower gpa/sats/acts if the art portfolio they submit is impressive enough, along with a few other factors. I'm interested in possibly applying but curious/nervous about what they would accept.
Please any incite would be greatly appreciated!
