...caused to the car? I want to put a sound system including a new headunit, door speakers, amplifier and subwoofer in a one year old vauxhall corsa. Will any permanent damage be cause e.g. holes drilled in the interior or boot. Where are the wires placed and how would they install it?
 
holes being drilled is not damage. But yes they will drill new hole and that is permanent.

If the install is done by somebody with experience, then the age of the car has nothing to do with it.

The wires would usually go under the carpet.
