When I put my SD card into my computer, can I get to my ringtones folder? How?

I have a SanDisk card for my phone. i wondering if there was anyway to get to the folder with my phones' ringtones in it if I put my card in my computer. If this is possible, how would I do this? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
