Wheel Stripes

I put a s set of them on my frineds MV. As long as you clean the when really well. then rub it down with alchol to get the cleaning stuff off and be very patient it's pretty easy. I highly recommend taking the wheels off to do it.
If you were thinking of actually painting them on I would put the bike on it's side stand or support the from wheel. Then find a way to attach the paint pen to a fixed object and then just simply slowly and steadily spin the wheels. But the stickers have held up very well for him so far.

Not sure if I want to do it...my wheels are gray and I'd like to have black instead. (Have to get an R or 1098 for that) So I'll leave them for now, or just have them painted on I guess. Thanks

i just did my vinyl stripes a couple weeks ago. i left the wheels on the bike and it was pretty simple once i did the first side. first one took me about 30 minutes then the next three took me a total of 30 minutes. i think they look great! they were $8 on ebay.

I think I'd rather get them painted for about 50-100 dollars. I can seem to find DUCATI YELLOW. I was told ppg, but I'm not sure on how to order it. Anybody have a clue?

Maybe a winter project...just got my front plate and it is actually better than my factory rear plates! I will probably post some pics soon.
