Would that be ok to stick in my car..?

I've heard type R's are good..

And would the amp be OK to run the sub off..?
 
It sounds good but you have to consider what type of enclosure you're going to use. The amp is 600rms@ what ohm? It doesn't say. The sub is 500 rms and the amp would be overpowering it. I like to match the rms of the sub to the amp to always be on the safe-side. And for $350 I believe I saw for the price you can get better.
