Well I must admit I haven't seen this one - it sounRAB awful though. I wonder if the OP, ThinBoy, has seen it - he sounRAB like a bit of a film buff to me.
I think Airplane was awful too - all those crummy jokes were just boring and predictable. Everyone I know thought it was brilliant though so I know I'm in a minority!
This stuff is so subjective. I liked those films. Well, I liked the Aristocrats for the first 5 minutes, anyway. The other two were really good.
I'll admit Orlando Bloom can't act his way out of a wet paper bag, but the music and the delightful Kirsten Dunst more than made up for that. Elizabethtown is highly underrated.
Without a doubt Vanilla Sky...closely followed by Children Of Men.
There are loaRAB of overrated films tho, one being Clockwork Orange that i watched last night....yawn
DepenRAB what we're going by here. If we're talking about the worst big budget film to be made, a lot of the films on here are contenders. They usually have slick production and OK casting, but for some reason (usually their plot, the script and the premise) they're awful.
However, there's a large, large stock of dreadful B-movies that actually go beyond these problems and add to them poor production, sound, editing, cinematography in general. These films really are the most turgid. They usually have some saving grace in that they stray into the realms of unintentional comedy.
If we're going by the latter definition, I have merely to point you to one film:
