Whats the easiest and fastest way to add custom ringtones to the textfree app by pinger

on my itouch 4? i am trying to get some songs as ringtones on the textfree app for my itouch 4 but all the ways i have tried are hard, require jailbreaking or i have to download stuff. Whats the easiest and fastest way to do it? And i have heard about ventones.com also if thats the easiest way then can you please explain the process with that.
