My mom, boyfriend, and I decided we want to do a 5k Fun Run in the end of July.
None of us are really runners, but we're all in okay shape. We wanna get our cardio up so we can actually run for a majority of the event.
How exactly do you build up cardio? Do I just go the same distance every day but try to go a bit faster each time? Should I see how far I can run without getting tired? I'm not used to training for this kind of stuff lol, I'm a tennis player, not a runner...
