I bought my car this summer from some random people and its been a good car but the downside was that when I got it none of the speakers were hooked up accept one and that one just happened to be blown. I took everything out and got two free speakers from a ford so those are ford speakers and I went to walmart and got two dual speakers (the ones that have leds in them). I didnt really have a lot of money at the time to go all alpine or anything so i just settled for whatever I could find. Ok back to the explanation, I got a dual head unit (also from walmart) and a dual 1000 watt amp. I later bought two 12 inch dual subwoofers. Basically right now I have 2 rca cables that connect the head unit to the amp, then every speaker is connected to that one amp (subs and everything). It just occured to me that all of this is probably set up wrong and I'd really like some suggestions on how I should reorganize this or make it better without having to buy a complete new system since what I have wasnt exactly cheap. Also, should i have my subs facing the back seat or the trunk? and should my box take up 90% of my trunk?
