Whats is the best all around system to purchase for my car?

I already know that I want JL Audio, but my money is limited and I was a little confused about all of what I need, like drivers and amplifiers...I dont know much about this stuff so the more information the better. I am willing to put a fair amount of money forward.
 
jl audio isn't by any means the best...at anything... What are you looking for and what are your funds. Incredibly loud, incredibly high sound quality, a mix of both, willing to do your own installs and box builds, etc.?
