What's better? 1 18" kicker solox(10000w peak) or 2 18" ma audios? like 1100w peak?

I was told last night that one of my friends wants to sell 2 18" ma audios and there like a steady 550watt rms..and they come in a box AND they are being shipped to him right now and dont know when they get here but he says they r brand new and are in a box....what should i do cuz i like the 18" solo kicker
 
550 watt RMS is pretty wimpy for 18" subs. And for the the Solo X, max wattage isn't something you should be looking at unless your doing competition. An 18" Solo X takes 5,000 watts RMS. Are you going into competition or just want some bass? Because a Solo X is going to require large amounts of electrical upgrades to your car. There are lots of other subs that are cheaper, and will be more practical for you if your going to be using your subs daily.
