whats a good job to get that requires no college and little skill?

my brother doesnt drive a car because he has a anxiety problem... he used to work with my dad but doesnt work with him anymore... and he wants to get a easy job somewhere hes 23 years old and he sais it must be a job that he can 1, at least walk or take the bus too or 2, must require not that much skill or require no college! 3, most be a small place to work and not a huge place! we live in a town of about 15 thosand people! shoud he work at dunkin donuts? any suggestions he wants to get a apartment
