What's a better telescope Mead Star Navigator 102 or Orion StarBlast 4.5?

A better question for this is what's better for looking at deep sky objects?

I wouldn't recommend either of these. For about the same money you can get a 6-inch Dobsonian which will have a larger objective, and a more solid, easier to use mount:
