Before anyone answers, when referring to a special gift I do not mean like in comics but something more possible like empathy or a conditioned body, or something that can be obtained through will and training.
If you can think of one that would in the eyes of other make you seem extraordinary what would you do if you have the power?
Would you use for good or evil. Would you use it responsibly or would abuse it?
