What would help me get into Academy Of Art University?

I LOVE photography. It's my passion, and I think I'm really good at it (not trying to boast or anything, I just think I have a talent for it.)
What would set me apart from others who apply to the Academy Of Art University? (I'll be getting an Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Photography there)..
