i have been doing intervolts of jogging and walking 4 miles a day, i have seen some resaults but not as much as id hoped, im trying to lose some weight, so then i switched it off with riding my bike 4 miles a day at a fast pace on the hardest resistance. and i have also seen some resaults with that too, which one do you think is a better more effictive workout? i want to be lean and toned, i dont want to be stick thin though i like my womenly curves
