What will be the power sent to the speakers?

i got 2 mtx 200w RMS 4 ohm subs and i got a pioneer 400W rms mono amp 2 ohm,i connected in parallel the subs so i got 2 ohm and i wanna hook it up to the amp my question is the amp will send 400w to each of the subs or 200W to each?
